Sapnu: Pagbalasa sa mga PD, CD inaasahan?

SA KASALUKUYAN, hindi mapakali ang mga provincial at city police director sa Central Luzon kung magkakaroon ng pagbalasa sa hanay nila.
Hanggang ngayon nag-iisip ang mga PD at CD kung magsasagawa ng pagbalasa ang bagong upong Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3) director, Chief Superintendent Edgardo T. Ladao.
Napag-alaman ng Dateline na kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng courtesy call sa mga gobernador, kongresista at alkalde si Ladao. Ito’y isang Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) kapag bagong upo ang isang Chief Superintendent sa PRO3.
Ilan pa lamang umano ang napuntahan ni Ladao na mga government officials upang mag-courtesy call. Inaasahan na matatapos ito sa loob ng dalawang linggo.
At pagkatapos ng courtesy call, ayon sa source ng Dateline, maaaring magsagawa ng pagbalasa si Ladao sa hanay ng mga Provincial at City Police directors.
Noong Mayo 3, ilang araw pagkatapos maupo si Ladao, si Senior Superintendent Oscar Albayalde, police director ng Olongapo City, ay pinalitan ni Senior Superintendent Felix de Asis.
Si De Asis ay itinalaga muna bilang officer-in-charge ng Olongapo City police dahil wala pa umanong napipili si Mayor James Gordon kung sino ang kanyang gustong maging CD.
Nakatakda namang palitan si Albayalde dahil mahigit na itong dalawang taon sa Olongapo City police.
Ang isa pang bagong upo nitong buwan ay si Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Recomono bilang OIC ng Angeles City police.
Nakatakda din umano mapalitan si Senior Superintendent Arnold Gunnacao, Bataan police provincial director. Ito’y dahil malapit na rin nitong matapos ang two-year term bilang provincial police director.
Ilan sa mga staff officers na bagong upo sa PRO3 ay sina Senior Superintendent Ar-win Pagkalinawan na head ng Regional Comptrollership Division; Senior Superintendent Agripino Javier na bagong talagang head ng Regional Personnel and Human Resource Doctrine; at si Senior Superintendent Amado Corpus, head ng Regional Operations and Plans Division.
Mararami pang inaasahan na mga bagong staff officer ang mauupo sa PRO3 at iyon pa ang inaabangan sa ngayon.
Kanya-kanya umano ang lakad ng mga PD at CD para manatili sa kanilang puwesto at hindi maapektuhan sa pagbalasa na gagawin ni Ladao kung mayroon man.
Abangan na lang po natin kung sino-sino ang maapektuhan ng pagbalasa.
