Pampanga police get equipment from guv

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Pampanga Police Office’s Special Weapons and Tactics (Swat) team received new equipment from the Provincial Government on Thursday.
Donated were 10 ammo rigs, 10 low carry holsters, 10 body armor vests, 10 global positioning systems, five binoculars, five tactical sniper scopes and one sniper riffle.
The provincial police also received four Kawasaki motorcycles, six Suzuki tricycles and additional 10 helmets, as well as six Nokia 1280 mobile phones.
Governor Lilia Pineda, who led the turnover of the new equipment, said the donation is part of a long list of assistances she plans to give to the provincial police.
Pineda was accompanied by Board Members Crisostomo Garbo, Fritzie-David Dizon, and Tarcicio Halili.
