The menu – 2,500 per head
Pigeon salad with arugula leaves, roasted red beets & port vinaigrette

French onion soup with gruyere & cheddar cheese’s

Pan fried duck liver on roasted pear chutney with truffled rock salt & savory almond tuille
Lychee sorbet with anise

A selection of salmon, sea bass & king prawn cooked with aromatic fresh herbs accompanied by lemon grass riz pilaf & lightly simmered ratatouille

Us Roasted beef with a light ginger & black pepper corn sauce finished with purple basil & accompanied by fondant potatoes & Kenyan beans
