Pan fried duck liver on roasted pear chutney with truffled rock salt & savory almond tuille
Lychee sorbet with anise
A selection of salmon, sea bass & king prawn cooked with aromatic fresh herbs accompanied by lemon grass riz pilaf & lightly simmered ratatouille
