3rd Lakeshore-MNTC-NLEx car show set

MEXICO — The Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC) and Central Country Estate Inc., developers of the Lakeshore, will hold on September 3 the 3rd Lakeshore-MNTC-North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) car show at Petron Lakeshore along kilometer 72 here from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Dubbed “Joy Ride,” the car show is Central Country Estate’s third time to have cars in their vast property here.
This time, however, the MNTC partners strategically to help promote the event not only for car enthusiasts in Pampanga and Metro Manila but also to disseminate road safety information to motorists all over central Luzon.
At least three auto clubs headed by Team 328, with members from Pampanga and neighboring provinces will participate in the event, with at least 30 vehicles vying for various special awards.
Day-long activities include bike displays, food kiosks, an RTW & accessories bazaar, plus live band performances.
In the afternoon, MNTC executives and Tollways Management Corporation officials will conduct a dialogue on road safety themed “Usapang Driver at the Lakeshore Tent.”
This is part of NLEx’s efforts to educate and remind drivers on how to drive in a high-speed expressway. After the two-hour dialogue, giveaways such as NLEx Motorist’s Handbook and Usapang Driver T-shirts will be given out to the first 100 attendees of the dialogue.
