Re-modeled village hall opens doors

STO. TOMAS — The re-modeled barangay hall in San Matias here was recently inaugurated, once again opening its doors to serve residents in the village.
Mayor Lito Naguit, who led the blessing of the barangay hall, said village chairwoman Pinky Feliciano Pangan should be credited for the transformation of the facility.
He said the initiative by San Matias barangay officials will lead to better services to the people.

The mayor also lauded Pangan for setting an example to other village officials, in terms of having a clear mandate.
Meanwhile, the mayor explained that barangay San Matias has the biggest population among all villages in this town, consisting more than 11,430 residents.
With this, he said, he is expecting the cooperation of all town officials for the delivery of basic services to the people.
