This is the latest info that I have along with text messages from Mayor Pamintuan.

I am writing this at 4 PM, 22 July 2010.ย  Notification reached me a few minutes ago that another killing of an expat took place this day or last night.ย  This was not just a killing, but a massacre!ย  Angeles City police director Supt. Danilo Bautista identified the victims as Albert Mitchell (Past VFW Commander), a retired US Air Force personnel, his Filipina wife Jeanette Androneda, househelpers Isabel Fajardo and Marissa Prado, and a certain Boy Vergara of Dau in Mabalacat town in Pampanga. The incident occurred at Mitchell’s house in Hensonville Court Subdivision in Malabanias village, at around 1:30 pm, Bautista said. Initial investigation showed that a man entered the subdivision at around 12 noon and went out carrying several items. Security guard Angelito Prado, brother of one of the victims, Marissa, discovered the bodies, who bore gunshot wounds from a 9-mm pistol. Prado told police he had asked a fellow guard not to allow the man to leave the subdivision while he checked on Mitchell’s house, just about 50 meters away from the guardhouse, as he suspected something was wrong. Prado rushed back to the guardhouse after discovering the crime, but the suspect was already on board a tricycle. The suspect got off at the nearby Marisol village, according to the tricycle driver, but police authorities were unable to track him down.ย  By the time this goes to print I should have more details and who knows, maybe the killer will be apprehended. I have heard that they know who the suspect is and have a picture of him.ย  For sure, the Expat community is very concerned about these killings that have taken place within a 12 day period. In the 29 years I have lived in this City I have never seen such a rash killing of Expats.ย  Hopefully, Chief of Police Bautista will be exerting extreme efforts to apprehend this villain or villains. On 23 Jul the Mayor informed me that he just had a command conference with the PNP and the CIDG.ย  This Mayor is actively involved in getting some aggressive actions from Law Enforcement agencies to solve these crimes.ย 23 Jul – 10 PM – Received this text from the Mayor – “Angeles like any city not spared from similar incidents in other places, towns and cities in the country.ย  But, we are not making excuses, PNP doing its best to get the nut ASAP”.ย  I appreciated that the Mayor took the time to respond to my text questions andย just as I was typing this I received a later in the night text (2430 hrs) from the Mayor stating “Harry, killer of 3 murder cases of three Caucasians and collateral Filipinos killed identified…name is Mark Dizon and a computer repairman..PNP have picture, went to his house, got his clothes. Anytime now he will be arrested.ย  Family of killer negotiating surrender for their son.”
