SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

MEAL SERVICE TIMES
Breakfast is served at CW Breakfast Garden & Café from 7:30am – 5:30pm.   Dinner is served at YATS Club Grill Room at 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

COUPONS
Upon check-in, each room will receive a set of two Breakfasts and a set of two Dinner coupons redeemable at the exact dates indicated on the coupons.

Accommodation type
Outback Tents, Family Inn, Executive rooms.  Upgrade to Lakeside Lodges is p1,000 and subject to availability.

A grilled hot ham and gruyere cheese sandwich and with hash brown.

F A Q

[1]        Guest requests for more than 2 persons in a room

Standard extra charges will apply for the additional occupancy.  If additional breakfasts are required, they are charged a la carte prices.   Since each room includes only two dinners, additional guests will order a la carte or if they wish to enjoy the same set dinners, the price is p750/person.  Coupons for all additional orders (brunch or dinner) should be purchased one day in advance to ensure availability, especially for brunch which is tightly portioned.

[2]        Non-room guests join for breakfast

No admission is charged for visitor guests of room guests joining for breakfast.  Those who wish to stay and enjoy the facilities after breakfast shall pay admission fees.   Guests at breakfast cannot avail of amenities except those children playhouses and toys at the Breakfast Garden.

[3]        Guests wishing to deviate from normal redemption of coupons

Meal coupons are redeemable only on the specific service.   It is not possible to deviate or exchange.  For example, if a guest wishes to skip the breakfast and group the two breakfast coupons for redemption on the next morning (assuming guests stay for two or more nights of course) for 4, that is not possible.  Likewise it is not possible to exchange breakfast tickets for dinner coupons or vice versa.   In other words coupons are null and void if not redeemed at the proper meal service.

[4]        Guests wishing to change or cancel bookings

All bookings must be 100% paid-up in advance.  A letter of confirmation is given to the guests when payment is received.   No refund or credit is given for cancellation or postponement.
