These are ALL-INCLUSIVE golfing packages that include a nice dinner at the YATS Restaurant & Wine Bar, overnight accommodation at Clearwater Resort & Country Club, breakfast and golf at the new FAK Golf Club in Clark Freeport Zone 5 minutes from Clearwater and lunch at the London Pub in Mimosa Leisure Estate.

(Prices inclusive of service charge of meals but exclusive of golf cart, caddie and other incidentals. weekends means Saturday, Sundays and Holidays. Guests forfeit meals if no-show beyond hours indicated.)

Deposits and Cancellation
100% non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellation is accepted only if typhoon signal number 2 or 3 in Pampanga region is hoisted on the same day or one day before. Cancellations made under those conditions will be refunded in full.

No cancellations, postponements or refunds will be given after check-in or for no-shows.

Failure to check-in by 9pm will be considered no-show.

Golf
As with all private and semi-private golf clubs, FAKGC has its own set of rules and regulations governing starting time, pairing of players and etiquettes. All guests should comply with “house” rules at all times. For details on prevailing rules and regulations, please check with FAKGC reception.

Singles may not have standing and FAKGC has the right to pair single players up with other players to form a flight before teeing off, likewise for team of two.

Signing privileges are not included in this package. All accounts have to be settled in full prior to leaving FAKGC.

A golf voucher is given to guests if golf course is closed due to adverse conditions like storm and rain.

No refund is given if guests are refused play by FAKGC management due to violation of club rules.

Caddies and golf carts are mandatory for FAKGC and will be to the account of the guests, not included in the packages, payable by guest directly to FAKGC.

Accommodation
For triple sharing, an extra bed is added to the room. This would of course result in a reduction in comfort levels.

Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. For early arrivals and rooms are not yet available, luggage can be stored for transfer to the rooms later at no extra cost. By special advanced arrangements, late check-in up to 9pm can be arranged subject to a late check-in charge of p500 per room. Services beyond 6pm will be very minimal.

Meals
Yats Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a 4-course Golfer’s set dinner that includes one glass of fine wine from Yats Wine Cellars. Non-drinkers may substitute those for a complementary dessert.

Breakfast is served at the Golf Club starting 7am except in package D where breakfast for non-golfers will be served at Clearwater’s Garden Café. Special arrangements for earlier service can be made at least two days in advance

MENUS
Occasionally, an item on the menu will be changed to ensure consistent quality levels that might otherwise be comprised by seasonal changes affecting quality and availability of certain ingredients such as seafood and vegetables for example.

Guest with special dietary requirements may inform us at least seven (7) days in advance to organize special meals. Additional charges may be added.
