Facilities available at YATS Clearwater Resort that are conducive to a successful team-building event include a 3ha fresh-water lake, a hill, beach, trees and grassland, shallow-water wading lagoon for water-sports, amphitheatre and many more. The hill and the large open space of Brunello Garden provide for excellent opportunities to set up obstacle courses of varying degree of challenges.
Small number of lodgings are available that can house up to 120 people comfortably. For larger events, accommodation can be arranged with nearby hotels that also provide transfers to and from Clearwater Resort & Country Club.
Catering is provided by YATS Restaurant. After a hard dayโs work, some participants might choose to relax in Clearwater Resort or hop over to Mimosa where they can spend the evening at the Yats Restaurant and Wine Bar or the London Pub. These are all managed and operated by Yats.
Getting there is quite simple: after entering Clark Freeport from Dau and Angeles City, proceed straight along the main highway MA Roxas, passing the stand-along wine shop called Clark Wine Center on your right, continue to bear right making no turns at all, go past Mimosa Leisure Estate on the opposite side of the road, you will hit a major intersection. Go straight and the road becomes Creekside Road. YATS Clearwater Resort and Country Club is on your right just 200m down.
