3 DRUG PUSHER SUSPECTS HELD

TWO brothers and a tricycle driver now face charges in court for selling dangerous drugs after elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted two separate buy-bust operations on October 21, 2011 in Angeles City, Pampanga. PDEA Director General Undersecretary Jose S. Gutierrez, Jr., said that the arrested drug personalities identified as Emad Dimasangca, 28, Jalanie Dimasangca, 31, and Eduardo dela Cruz, 41, have been charged with violation of Section 5, Article II of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Operatives of PDEA Regional Office 3 (PDEA RO3), under Director Roybel Sanchez implemented Operation Plan: Ihmad to stop the illegal drug activities of the Dimasangca brothers, Emad and Jalanie who are reported to be notorious drug pushers operating in Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, whose daily transaction involves two to five β€œbultos” or 25 grams of shabu.
