This has reference to the attached letter from the Office of the President of the Philippines and Department of Energy requesting the participation of the communities of the Clark Freeport and Clark Special Economic zones to the “Earth Hour 2010 – One Hour Power Saving Project” on March 27, 2010 at 8:30 P.M.

In general, Earth Hour 2010 aims to empower individuals to commit to the challenge of solving the climate change crisis. While our participation will show gesture of support to the cause, we should go beyond this symbolic annual activity by coming up with our own respective programs to seriously help in addressing Global Warming.
