4th ASEAN Arts Festival (Welcome Banners)

Dear CFTA Colleagues

We are pleased to inform you that on March 22-26, 2010, Clark will play host to the 4th ASEAN Arts Festival.

The AFA will highlight the creativity of ASEAN nations and will foster the exchange of ideas among the best artists from ASEAN countries. Each ASEAN member will showcase one of their country’s finest works in their chosen field of the arts.

With the support of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the Philippines, through the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, led by Chairman Vilma Labrador and Executive Director Cecile Guidote Alvarez, will also be hosting the Fourth Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Festival of the Arts (AFA).

To make the delegates, most especially, the Art Ministers and their contingents feel welcome in Clark, we intend to place Welcome Banners (3ft by 9ft) in strategic areas within the Freeport.Β  We would like to tap your company’s support in sponsoring the printing of said banners. Your logo and contact number would appear at the bottom of each tarp you will sponsor.

We have attached a sample for your reference.

So far, Paradise Ranch and Hotel Stotsenberg committed to print 10 tarps each.Β  You can have it printed by your supplier or we can refer you to the supplier who will print for both Paradise Ranch and Hotel Stotsenberg.Β  Their price is PhP 15 per square foot.
