Manila visitors attending Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark worry about food and beverage services
Frequent visitors to Clark Philippines and Manila residents who have attended past Hot Air Balloon Festivals in Clark have reasons to worry about quality of meals available during the 4-day Hot Air Balloon Fiesta event. Last year’s Hot Air Balloon Fiesta drew many complaints about not only poor quality of food during the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark but also the cleanliness and comfort of the dining facilities. Clark Wine Center, Philippinesโ largest wine shop is located in Clark Freeport, at a location that is very near the place where the balloons are parked. This is considered the best vantage point to watch the hot air balloon take off and return to earth.
A wine-and-cheese tasting session is held in the afternoon at 4:45 pm on Saturday 11th February 2012 to let wine lovers enjoy the afternoon hot air balloon activities scheduled to start at 5:30pm, while enjoying some fine vintage wine along with various cheeses in an organized tasting.
Clark Wine Center hold regular wine tasting sessions that attract the local wine enthusiasts because it is strictly non-promotional, no wine salesmen to pressure the guests, just a very congenial atmosphere to taste wine and meet new friends with similar interest.

Special Hot Air Balloon Festival Lunch Service at Clark Wine Center
Clark Wine Center offers a delightful Hot Air Balloon lunch in the alfresco grass field and surrounding this famous wine shop of Pampanga on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February. Situated conveniently near to the Hot Air Balloon site, visitors can now purchase tickets to take a lunch break and enjoy a fine meal before rejoining the hot air balloon festivities nearby.
Tickets to this special Hot Air Balloon Fiesta lunch at Clark Wine Center must be purchased in advance. Ticket price is php550 for adults and php250 for children. Only a small number of seats are available and once tickets are sold out, no more will be made available. Payments can be made through bank deposits or Paypal.

Watch the Hot Air Balloon take off in the early morning while enjoying a sumptuous breakfast at roof deck of Clark Wine Center.
This is probably the most comfortable and luxurious way to enjoy the 2012 Clark Hot Air Balloon Festival in Pampanga, Philippines.
Those who wish to relax over breakfast while waiting to snap a few memorable pictures of the colorful hot air balloon might want to get a table at the roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center.
Breakfast is served at the Roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center on February 11th and 12th (Saturday & Sunday) at 5am. Hot air balloons are scheduled to take off at 5:30am and return at around 7am. This seems to be a comfortable and convenient way to observe and take pictures of the balloons taking off at dawn. Just how close the balloon will fly over the Clark Wine Center depends largely on prevailing wind directions. Last year, breakfast guests took many good pictures of the hot air balloons flying overhead not so far away.
