Binay graces Ravenna Homes opening
MABALACAT — Aimed at providing better housing options to Kapampangans, the Major Homes Inc. (MHI) has formally launched its Ravenna Homes over the weekend.
The launching ceremony was graced by Vice President Jejomar Binay, also the chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council.
Mayor Marino Morales and former Angeles City mayor Francis Nepomuceno also graced the event.
MHI President Quinto Oreta said Ravenna Homes is their first project in Pampanga.
Ravenna housing units cost from P800,000 to P1.2 million. But unlike other housing units of the same cost, Oreta said their units are bigger.
โWe made them a little bit larger. We build better houses and we offer better prices, better value for money, better lay-out and better product,โ Oreta said.
Ravenna Homes first opened six months ago, selling about 40 to 50 housing units so far.
Oreta said they chose to put up a housing project in Mabalacat because of its booming economy.
โWeโre really happy to be in Mabalacat. We know that thereโs a lot of growth in the town with all the policies of Mayor Morales. Weโre his staunch supporters,โ Oreta said.
Oreta added that he firmly believes in the Clark business model.
โWe know that thereโs a lot of development coming here and weโre here to support the residential requirements of all the commercial and industrial establishments that are going up in Clark,โ he said.
