Rent start at $1800/month for a 6-month contract, higher for shorter-term stays. Rent includes access to the Clearwater Country Club to enjoy its exclusive amenities. The rooms are quite basic but spacious. Cooking and bringing-in of food is not allowed.

Clearwater Resort and Country Club is a 13ha property with a 3ha fresh-water lake, a white-sand beach, 3000sm wading pool for water sports and children swimming, frolic garden for relaxation and leisure activities such as croquet and horseshoe, bike trail, fishing spots and kayaking and row-boats for a bit of exercise.
