Clark Travel Leisure Marketing reminds tourists to book hotel room early for upcoming Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark Philippines

Last year many tourists left Clark Freeport disappointed because they couldn’t get a room during the Hot Air Balloon Festival which has traditionally marked the high point of Clark Philippines’ annual calendar of events.  The number of hotel rooms in Clark Freeport is not enough for a major event.  Some can opt to stay in Subic or in Angeles City but the experience is not quite the same, as many who’ve tried that option explained.

Even more difficult to get a booking for is the roof deck garden breakfast venue of Clark Wine Center located along the main highway MA Roxas coming into to Clark from Angeles City.  This famous two-storey wine shop houses a collection of wine that has caused many wine lovers from all over Asia to fly to Clark just to do their wine shopping.  But when the Hot Air Balloon is in town, it is now just wine that makes this place so popular.  It is their equally famous Dawn Wine/Champagne Brunch that everybody wants to get in.  The 80sm roof deck garden can only accommodate a seating of 40.  This is probably the best vantage point to watch the take-offs.  It is situated right next to the parking and launch site of the balloons.  Try calling in well in advance – that means 2 months or more – to get your name on a table, at www.ClarkWineCenter.com or call Ana Fe at 0922-870-5173 0916-542-6602  Ana Fe.

Getting there is quite simple:  after entering Clark Freeport from Dau and Angeles City, proceed straight along the main highway MA Roxas, passing the stand-along wine shop called Clark Wine Center on your right, continue to bear right making no turns at all, go past Mimosa Leisure Estate on the opposite side of the road, you will hit a major intersection.  Go straight and the road becomes Creekside Road.  YATS Clearwater Resort and Country Club is on your right just 200m down.
