Mr. Paul Mendoza of South Asialink Credit Coporation visited Clearwater on 10April11. They were happy with room accommodation at Lakeside lodge and the food quality. They were not happy with the frontdesk office & Maintenance Support from field, it is insufficient and not customer friendly. Generally they commented that its okay to stay at Clearwater. The place should be improved and upgrade all equipment for attraction and must be well maintained.

She was not happy with her first room due to the air condition was conked - out, they ran out of water in their room and not happy about the coordination between departments - clark & manila office.
