After hearing their complaints, organizers and establishments in Clark and Angeles City Pampanga took actions to rectify this problem in time for the 2012 Clark Hot Air Balloon Festival to take place on 9 to 12 February, 2012.

Popular place to watch the balloons is roof deck of Clark Wine Center and this year, this top rated wine shop will serve early dawn breakfast at its roof deck lawn garden to enable its guests to savor a sumptuous breakfast while waiting to snap pictures of hot air balloons ascending from their launch pads nearby.
Those who wish to relax over breakfast while waiting to snap a few memorable pictures of the colorful hot air balloon might want to get a table at the roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center.
Breakfast is served at the Roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center on February 11th and 12th (Saturday and Sunday) at 5am. Hot air balloons are scheduled to take off at 5:30am and return at around 7am. This seems to be a comfortable and convenient way to observe and take pictures of the balloons taking off at dawn. Just how close the balloon will fly over the Clark Wine Center depends largely on prevailing wind directions. Last year, breakfast guests took many good pictures of the hot air balloons flying overhead not so far away.
Price is php 650 per person (php 350 for children aged 12 and below).

Wine Tasting Evening at Clark Wine Center
Clark Wine Center has created this special Wine and Cheese Tasting to enable visitors to the 2012 Philippines Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark Pampanga to watch the evening glow of the colorful hot air balloons nearby. Regrettably, only a small number of tickets are available for this Wine and Cheese Tasting event which will be held in the roof deck lawn of the Clark Wine Center situated quite near to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta site.
A wine-and-cheese tasting session is held in the afternoon at 4:45 pm on Saturday 11th February 2012 to let wine lovers enjoy the afternoon hot air balloon activities scheduled to start at 5:30pm, while enjoying some fine vintage wine along with various cheeses in an organized tasting.
The Hot Air Balloon Night Glow is scheduled to take place at 5:30-6:45pm on Saturday 11th February. Participants of the Yats wine tasting can start to enjoy the wine tasting before the start of the balloon activities.
Ticket price is php1,500.
Admission starts at 4:45 pm and the wine and cheese tasting ends at 7pm. A Red-wine Welcome Cocktail will be served at 5pm. Wine and cheese will be served in three flights roughly at 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm.
