One of the frequent complaints from visitors attending previous Hot Air Balloon Fetival in Clark was the lack of things to keep them occupied for the whole day. Clark Wine Center has created this special Wine and Cheese Tasting to enable visitors to the 2012 Philippines Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark Pampanga to watch the evening glow of the colorful hot air balloons nearby. Regrettably, only a small number of tickets are available for this Wine and Cheese Tasting event which will be held in the roof deck lawn of the Clark Wine Center situated quite near to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta site.
A wine-and-cheese tasting session is held in the afternoon at 4:45 pm on Saturday 11th February 2012 to let wine lovers enjoy the afternoon hot air balloon activities scheduled to start at 5:30pm, while enjoying some fine vintage wine along with various cheeses in an organized tasting.
The Hot Air Balloon Night Glow is scheduled to take place at 5:30-6:45pm on Saturday 11th February. Participants of the Yats wine tasting can start to enjoy the wine tasting before the start of the balloon activities.
Ticket price is php1,500.
Famous Wine Shop in Pampanga Clark Wine Center
Admission starts at 4:45 pm and the wine and cheese tasting ends at 7pm. A Red-wine Welcome Cocktail will be served at 5pm. Wine and cheese will be served in three flights roughly at 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm.
